We accept cash, check, wires, MasterCard and Visa. 
 
There are usually professional fees for Dr. Lesesne, the anesthesiologist, if anesthesia is required, and a facility fee.

Fees are payable 2 weeks prior to surgery.

For cosmetic procedures, our fees are comparable to other New York based, board certified, plastic surgeons with the same experience. 
Since we have our own facility with lower overhead and flexible scheduling,  we are frequently very cost competitive. 

We do not submit cosmetic surgery procedures to insurance carriers.   However, if cosmetic surgery is combined with a true reconstructive procedure, we measure the time and equipment required to pro rate an insurance claim.

Occassionally, we can offer reduced cosmetic surgery rates for multiple procedures, combinations with friends if scheduling is done simultaneously, or filling an unexpected opening.

We do submit claims for reconstructive surgery. We realize that cancers, trauma and congenital issues can be stressful and are a medical necessity. We therefore work with many insurance carriers and are as accommodating as possible. Our billing manager will check your benefits and let you know if your are eligible for coverage from your insurance carrier. If so, we will submit a claim after your surgery and accept that reimbursement as payment.

For those on a more limited budget, some cosmetic goals may be achieved via mini procedures, injectables or skin treatments.
