Male Facelifts
Our approach for men is different than women. Most male patients are professionals that have jobs and can't look fixed. Men have to return to work . The anatomy of the hair is analyzed and we keep the hairline and ide burns. Our approach is individualized, natural and the scars are hidden( especially in front of the hair and scalp).
Neck
The #1 problem is turkey gobble. It starts in the late 30's and many men come for a necklift. I use a small tube for liposuction with an invisible lift to get definition. You will need a weekend to recover and it will last for 15 years.
#2 option is a mini liposuction to tighten skin around the earlobes. The scars are not visible and the procedure will last for 10+ years.
#3 option is a jawline microlift with liposuction. I pull directly back hiding the scar at front of ear or directly up and letting skin settle.
Midface
Severe cases I pull back behind and remove hair follicles while preserving the side burns.
Eyelids
Upper eyelids I leave skin cover 1-2mm. Never leave scar.
A TC peel is recommended.
End Results
Minimal if any visible scar, no hair loss and more youthful professional look.
Other Options To Consider
Laser skin resurfacing
Remove any facial growth or nevi
Correct droopy tip of nose
Microfat grafts to correct chin or cheek asymmetry.
